Processing and dispatch
Orders are processed on a pre-order basis to ensure exclusive, high-quality production tailored to customer demand. Once your order is placed, it will go through the following stages:

Pre-order period: Orders are processed after the pre-order window closes, which typically lasts for 2 weeks.

Production time: Manufacturing takes approximately 7–9 working days.

Shipping to our facility: Once production is complete, products are shipped to our location within 5–7 working days.
- Final delivery to customer: Once received at our facility, your order will be dispatched to your address. Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and location.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, shipping disruptions, or regional logistics.
Shipping methods and times
We offer various shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. Delivery times and costs will be provided during checkout. Please note that these are approximate and may vary due to your location or unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic shipping (Switzerland and Liechtenstein): 2–3 working days (from KAÏMERA’s receipt of your order).

EEA shipping: 2–9 working days (from KAÏMERA’s receipt of your order).
- International shipping: 6–20 working days (from KAÏMERA’s receipt of your order).
For certain countries, a locker/collection point shipping method is available. This shipping method is operated by a third-party logistics provider. After checkout, you will receive an email confirming the delivery method and location for your parcel. If the assigned delivery method is unsuitable (e.g., accessibility issues preventing collection from a point), please contact our support team at support@kaimeraclothing.com to discuss alternative solutions or request a refund.
Customs costs
For standard delivery, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs provided during checkout. Delays in customs clearance are beyond our control.
