RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Final Sale Items

We do not have any final sale items. All items are eligible for return under the conditions outlined in this policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and assist in resolving it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without the need for justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
